I'd like to lose some weight from my stomach and hips. I do a lot of walking (about an hour a day) and I eat a sensible diet but I do have a bit of extra fat around my waist and hips that I'd like to tone up. Anyone know of any good exercises that will do this? Preferably something which doesn't involve a lot of equiptment or anything like that! I'm not looking for a fast weight loss or anything, just some exercises I can do everyday.

Having seen this I want to share something because I spent endless years going from diet to diet without seeing any success until I saw Pams magic plan (just google it). Without doubt its the best weight loss that I have ever achieved and i have kept it off to this day.
