i have removed progs i no longer need thats fine but they still show up in my taskbar how can i delete these its tearing my hair out. H...E.....L....P

Try Ccleaner, use the Issues tool then the Cleaner. They're just old registry entries, thats all.

I assume that progs on 'taskbar' means progas on 'quick launch'.
Just right click on the programmes and delete it.

Left-Click on Start button -> properties
Tab -> Taskbar
Click on Customise
Hide the applications you dont want to see anymore
