If you want to hold an interesting conversation with a lady and not be some boring slag, you have to first be an interesting person. What do you do in your life that you can talk to others about? What are your interests? What also helps in having a stock pile of conversation topics is read up on current events and what is the latest trends in entertainment, music, and fashion.
Another thing you can do in conversation is work on your delivery. Sound upbeat and charismatic. Be funny and make her laugh. Tell jokes (keep them in good taste). When you make a woman laugh, you put her at ease around you and she will want to hang with you.
Most importantly, you need to relax and be at ease. Don't act scared to talk to a woman. If you act tense around her, she will sense it and she will in turn be uneasy around you. Don't be afraid to flirt. What is the worst thing she does? Stick her nose up at you and walk away? Then that will be her loss and not yours.

just do a little reseach work like her interests n stuff........if u can't then just start a conversation on how she looks n stuff..........abviously u can't say u look great cause it'll scare her away............u can ask her where she bought a particular outfit from n u would want to buy it 4 ur sis or any other female member in ur family............this is possible if u don't know her at all if u know her a bit...........just talk initially about the weather.........if she is really an interesting girl your conversation will flow if she is interested in u 2..........so just take the first step n since girls talk a lot the rest will probably just follow.........

interesting is interior the interest of the beholder. you are able to or received't have an interest interior the actual reality I have 2 children, i'm a fatass, yet shapely, been with my toddlers' daddy because might want to 1998...etc. Have a looksee, and tell me in case you imagine this is interesting.

be enthusiastic when talking to her...
compliment her clothes or anything on her.. and always act interested and flamboyant even if she seems not interested in what you're saying.. if you run out of topic.. look around you and just ask anything that pops into your mind.. Remember nothing is too silly.. ask the silliest question and she will bound remember you next time...Silly is just a word that losers come up with... haha
