To lose 1kg a day you would basically have to starve yoursef for a while. It's a lot of weight to try and lose that fast. You can drop a few pounds a week by only consuming about 1000 calories a day and max 30g of fat a day. That might be a bit easier

well, when i was studying at university and it was in another city so during the exam time i preferred to travel there from home. so i was getting up at 6 am, having sandwich and tea for breakfast and then i was all day there, returned home around 8 pm and ate average amount of food (not more than i should have if u were eating 3 times a day). i was losing 1 kg a day, at the end of session i was thin as a stick. of course i gained it back in a months or so. so i suggest eat only twice a day and exercise maybe 2 hours a day. i swear u will lose 1 kg a day

You could possibly do it by not eating anything, but most of the weight you would lose would be through muscle wastage and not fat loss.

To put things into perspective and to illustrate what a stupid idea this is, 1kg would be the sort of healthy weight loss target clinically obese people would be aiming for in a WEEK!

Get real. That kind of weight loss will put all kinds of pressure on your internal organs in order for them to cope. You might lose your kg per day, but you'll be in a coffin at the end of the month.

But as it is your body, I suppose we can be glad that you won't clog up the healthcare services sector. Small blessing indeed.

Be very careful! You'll probably feel ill, and if you feel to faint, do eat something proper.

Try any mixture of the following:

sugar free jelly
melon
celery
lettuce
spinach
watercress (really nice in a simple, watery soup)
carrots
broccoli
onions
garlic

tea, coffee, water etc

If I were you, I'd make a vegetable soup (but with no potatoes, swede or parsnips) and eat that whenever you feel hungry.

yes it is your body and you can do it anyway you like, but if you do it like this without any long term commitment to anything such as exercise or a change in diet, your 7kg will come back as quick as you manage to lose it, so you will have wasted your time and effort.

Before you do anything, I think you should get some medical advice to make sure it is safe.

It's physically impossible to lose that much weight per day. It's possible per WEEK, though.
