It sounds like you have a candida infection. This is a yeast type organism that can set up house anywhere in the digestive tract from the mouth to the other end. Also on feet and nails. Once inside, it multiplies like mad and thrives on carbohydrates hence the problem with potatoes, pasta, and probably bread.

I would certainly advise seeing a doctor, but meanwhile you can try things like following an anti-candida diet, cutting out sugar, and reducing the amount of carbohydrates you eat. DO NOT cut carbohydrates too severely as this can cause problems in itself. Ask your doctor to check any diet you propose using.

Holland and Barratts do a useful product called yeast raiders which has the correct balance of herbal supplements, or you could just use acidolphus tablets and cut down on the problem foods you have identified. The following link might help www.pressbox.co.uk. Go to home, health and then candida.

If you are on antibiotics, it is worth taking acidolphus afterwards as antibiotics frequently kill off all the competing bacteria in your gut allowing candida free reign to breed.

We'll if you want to get the most insane feeling of your life some it out of a bong. It's a lot smoother so you won't cough as much and the feeling is crazy compared to a joint or pipe. When you do it make sure you are with some friends, got some good munchies, got some netflix, and a comfortable spot and it's literally the best thing in the world. I earn you when you do it you will feel really weird like out of this world. You feel tall and when I was watching a movie you basically laugh at everything. Me and my friend always get the same feeling. When we are watching a movie we both thought for sure we have saw that movie before and we thought we new what was going to happen next but the next day I watched it again and it was totally different. When your high it feels so much more fun. If your not panicking ( trust me don't i did the first time and freaked out) it's the best thing in the world.

You could have an intolerance - many people think they have allergies to some foods but allergies are actually quite rare. Bloating is more a sign of intolerance. Go to a health food shop - they sometimes have someone there that can do a test for you, failing which they should be able to point you in the right direction.

The thing with pasta and potatoes is you eat them till you feel full, but that filling up feeling carries on even when you have finished! So try eating a little bit less of it and see how that goes.

they're both 'white'. Eat more 'brown' food.

It takes longer to fill up on pasta and potatoes than it is to fill up on something like brown pasta or fibre foods.

So try eating brown rice and stuff like that -you'll eat less but be just as full but not bloated because brown food is heavier and healthier.

Same here..its allergies.

Starchy foods are too much for me my body doesn't tolerate them, u sound like you've same problem..they don't digest well.

You should get allergy tested or ask your doc to refer you to a dietician,..you'll feel healthier.
