It sounds to me by the question asked either the person asking the question does not believe in the pre-mortal existence or does not believe that God sired all of us. Furthermore may be questioning Gods judgment. I for one will not question Gods judgment in this matter to call it incestuous but can talk about the proof of the premortal existence and Heavenly Fathers creation of us.
We know there was a pre-mortal existence due to the following scriptures. (Jeremiah 1:4-5) "4 Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." Also let's look at (John 1:1-2) "1 IN the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God." Lets look also at the war in Heaven in (Revelation 12:7-12) "7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time." Pay particular attention to verse 10 where it states that the power is in Christ and that the brethren are cast down. Verse 12 states that the Devil is cast down unto you. This confirms that Jesus and Lucifer were brothers and our brothers also. One can conclude that we were all in the Premortal existence based on the scriptures above.

Yes we existed in Heaven before we were born. Read Jeremiah 1:5. Your rant about how many sperm cells there are has absolutely nothing to do with us being in Heaven prior to Earth. Original sin is a false doctrine taught by the Catholic Church so it has nothing to do with it either. YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO YOUR MOTHER, SHE IS MUCH SMARTER THEN YOU THINK RIGHT NOW. But you like me and most other people will not realize that until much latter in life.

Yes, I do believe we exist in Heaven before we are born in this earth. I believe we are all children of God, we are spirit children of God, just like what Christ said to mary .
17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
(New Testament | John 20:17)

I believe we existed somewhere else as I believe in reincarnation, I think most of us have had many lives, and in each new life we live a better life than before as we have learnt many lessons in our old lives.

We certainly didn't become immensely complex human beings in our first life! One starts from the simplest of life forms and gradually works one's way up.
Do we rest in someone else's concept of Heaven in between lives? We're at rest, we're at peace, we know that we were learning, even as we committed atrocities...even Adolph knows that.

Not according to the Bible. I notice you did not give any quote out of the Bible to substantiate your claim.

Maybe in God's mind as He is creating us in the womb. The prophet Jeremiah states that God knew Him while yet he was in his mother's womb.
