For that past year I get sharp stabbing pains right underneath my ribs and whenever they come, they don't want to leave. I'm doing worse in school because they keep me from sleeping but when they come during the day at school, they aren't as bad as at night. I'm only 14 and I'm 100% sure I'm not pregnant. I have had other stomach problems, but nothing that hurts this bad. Any ideas or suggestions?

You should see a doctor

I guess you have Physical problem rather than a health problem. What you need is to Exercise at morning 5:00am – 06:00am.This will adjust you ribcages with applicable gaps in between to move freely. Even if you have any gas problem also will come to normal operation within 1 month. You will be free after all. No need a Doctor.
