When your hungry and you've already eaten enough, just suck on some sugar free mints.

Another tip is when you feel hungry drink a large glass of water first before you try and eat. You'll find 99% of the time its drink your body is needing not food. If your still hungry 15 mins after drinking the water then get some wholemeal pasta or wholemeal bread and some nice fresh chicken.

When ive been on a night out and all my mates are buying pizza and kebabs I wait till I get in, I toast 2 peices of wholemeal bread and lightly spread with low fat spread, then heat a tin of chopped tomatoes (with herbs in) and put on top, sprinkle with crushed black pepper.
Its lovely and tastes like pizza! And its under 150 cals!

Jacket potatoes with salad, cottage cheese and ham. Also, pasta is very filling but be careful on the sauces - go for tomato based ones. Soup is filling too - even the chunky soups are still low fat and low calorie (though obviously don't go for the creamy ones). Chilli made with lean beef is just gorgeous, especially on a winter's night. And bran flakes for breakfast will stave off the hunger pangs till lunchtime. Also drink lots of water - the brain can make you think you're hungry when in actual fact you're just thirsty.

Take some low fat ice cream, fresh fruit, and low fat milk, put them in a blender and make some nice fruit milkshakes. They're low in calories, you can buy lots of fruit for relatively cheap, and you don't worry about having to go buy more jeans that fit!

Here is a favorite one -

Bananas
Strawberries
Milk - Low fat if you want.
Vanilla Ice Cream- low fat if you want.

Dice fruit. Add ice cream and fill blender to about 1/4 to 1//2 full. Add about 1/4 of the blender with milk. Add fruit. Blend until smooth. Nice! And it's filling!

Buy yourself some bags of dried fruit - sultanas, raisins, apricots - and munch on those during the day. Julian Graves and Marks & Spencers regularly have offers on. I know that Marks & Spencer are selling 5 bags for the price of 4.

I love the Progresso soup line.... Creamy Tomato, Lentils, all of them are good.... You can eat the whole can for around 350 calories.... Very filling! Add a piece of fruit to round it out. You cannot go wrong with subsandwiches.... just oil and vinegar, salt and pepper though... no heavy condiments.

I buy Couscous , get it ready then i add loads of veggies [ i don't particularly like veggies ] but i eat them. I also add prawns if they are cheap or i add tuna. Also some parsley. Even egg. It is filling and i eat quite a bit of it and do not put on weight.
