Your building muscle, which is heavier than fat. This is a good thing, and eventually your weight will start to drop as it requires more energy to maintain muscle than the fat you were carrying. Plus, you'll be toned!

However, I also think you might be doing too much exercise, perhaps take a couple of rest days.

By the way, the 2 litres of water a day thing isn't really necessary - this is how much your body needs including that derived from your food.

Consult a doctor if you are still puzzled, also if you haven't yet since you started your new regime, you should let him/her know and get their feedback.

Oh, and good luck. I lost about three stone on weight watchers!

It's the inches you want to lose really! You're doing a lot of exercise (Well done you!!!),so you're building muscle-and muscle weighs more than fat. Keep losing those inches and don't worry about the scales. Just be proud of the changes in your body and how toned you'll soon look!

Your vagina isn't free. If something, the actual shown reality that you had discomfort exhibits it change into too tight. some youthful men imagine, even as they first commence having sex, that the stimulation of the vagina is basically too gentle to truly get them off. D-dishevelled men blame this on a free vagina even as the problem is lots more effective likely to be that they are using way too troublesome of a grip even as they masturbate and performance gotten used to the demise-choking sensation that in uncomplicated words a hand can grant. no one else's vagina is going to be any snugger than yours except he easily has sex with women human beings who're unwilling or worrying.

Fat turns to mussel which weights heavier, i too go to weightwatcher but if i was you and your losing inches I wouldn't bother with weightwatchers I would just stick to the points system at home and Carry on with the exercise.

the same thing has been happening to me. I've been exercising a lot lately.. cardio, weight training, etc.. I haven't noticed a big change in my weight, but my pants suddenly seem looser.. hopefully as we lose more and more fat we'll eventually start seeing a reduction in weight as well..

lose with only one 'o' please!!
the scales are not moving because while you're losing fat, you're putting on muscle. which shows in your losing inches.
so well done and keep up the good work!!
