Ask her why her feelings changed all of a sudden. Try if you could still patch things up. Then, if nothing really works, you just gotta move on, man. Hanging on will only be painful for you.
1.) throw away all her mementos, photos, and eveything that reminds you of her.
2.) Spend more time with your friends and family.
3.) Keep yourself busy.
4.)Avoid listening to mellow music, esp. the songs both of you loved to listen to,
5.) Keep a list of all the bad things she did to you and tack them next to your bed.
6.) Sever all of your communications with her.
7.) Avoid seeing her.
8.)Avoid the places she frequents.
9.)Convince yourself that you don't deserve her.
Remember this:
GOD TAKES AWAY WHEN HE HAS SOMETHING BETTER TO GIVE.

It's time to move on ,if someone tells you straight in the face that she doesn't love you anymore ,especially when you see the seriousness of that thing ,you better move on bro or your heart will forever be broken ,there are more Lady than Gents out there ,but don't rush into things for the sake of replacing her ,take your time and things will be fine ,there's a beautiful ,respectful someone for you out there, you know going after that one will make you look like a desperate someone and do you know what ladies do to a desperate man? ,they make him a football

Not a good sign. Maybe (s)he is bored and you need to work out how to bring the excitement back. Maybe (s)he is just trying to manipulate you into some recent request? Or maybe it really has come to an end. Cry, rage, grieve with good friends, remember the good things, don't get bitter, learn from the experience and move on in a dignified, strong way.

I think it would take me like 15 minutes to pack up my stuff put it in my truck and drive away. I think i would much prefer to be single for the rest of my life. I only stay in this relationship so i can be of some use to the woman i'm with. I don't believe she really loves me just wants a man around so she isn't alone.

if it happened wid me i wud cry my heart out first.
then after some time i wud think i was too good for him and move on wid life.....let's face it ,one can't help avoiding the break up if the other party is so adamant about it.....that's all, but life doesn't stop becoz of that...it moves on and one must move with it as well...take it up as a challenge and face it wid courage....it's damn difficult ,i know but give it a try becoz
"when things go wrong as they sometimes will,
when the road u r trudging seems all uphill
when the funds are low and the debts are high
when u want to smile but u have to sigh,
when care is pressing u down a bit,
rest if u must but don't u quit"

Talk about it... maybe its just a little problem that seems to be bigger in the beginning... She probably needs some time... send her to a spay or a place to relax while you just hang wit the boyz and when she comes home kiss her tell her you love her and cook dinner

You can do what you feel would help the relationship or you can just try to let her go. It will be hard, but you would just have to let her have her own space. But if you feel that you should do something to prove your love to her, you can try dinners, movies, spending time with her and making her feel like nothing or no one else matters.

You need to let her go! I know that you are hurting but it is not going to work to make someone stay with you if they do not want to. Plus, why would you want to be with someone that does not feel the same way as you do? Give yourself time to grieve and keep yourself busy. Hang out with friends and meet new girls that want to be with you!

i'd say giv her space. & have a sitting in a free time with free mind. Just ask, whats the issue & try to resolve the issue. sometimes a small thing can look pretty big, when it is not.
