He should do the decent thing and accept that as the leader of the party and govt., 'the buck stops with him' and not let others sweat it out. Miss Turner is a very decent and moral person who should not have been dragged by him into this mess. He is the one who signs off the list before it goes to the queen, so he must approve of people on the list. He MUST know why they are on the list.
