Is it best to burn at a high or slow speed

slow as it gives it chance to do a better burn and make less mistacks as if fast it may miss out files and you need to do it all again. plus if you do slow burn. it don't have to rush the information to disk and it have time to give more quality on it. plus if do it slow. your pc has time to convert from CUE to cd with no problems. ok m8. hope that helps

faster you burn the quicker but i guess that can damage quality. how about medium speed to be safe?
