My hair loooks fabulous, today!
I have not done anything different, though... Just shampoo and then conditioner, the usual!
So there must be external factors... What are they?

Does it? Let's have a look...

Lots of factors can affect the way your hair behaves, Did you know, you can avoid waking up with 'bed head' hair by sleeping on a satin pillowcase? Satin fabric allows your hair to gently slide across it (as opposed to cotton that causes more friction and disrupts the hair cuticles).
No matter what you do, some days it's just not going to fall into place. Trying out various hairstyles will give you a selection of alternatives to fall back on when things don’t go quite to plan. For longer hair, try wearing a ponytail. For a bad hair day that’s seemingly beyond help hair accessories can provide a visual diversion from your unmanageable “mane”.
Im sure once you make you entrance to the world's stage, they all take notice. I know I would.

Maybe it is the way a person sleeps or the shampoo or the weather.Do you use a good/different shampoo and conditioner?Did you apply the conditioner correctly and wash it off properly. If you are using a different brand of shampoo, this could be the reason too. This could all be reasons why you look fabulous today. Or maybe you're just in a happy mood and dont really care as much as usual.

The moisture levels and humidity in the air has a huge say on how good/bad your hair will be. A damp foggy or rainy day in the winter makes my hair go bushy, as does an extremely hot and damp thundery day in the summer.

Body temperature and oil secretions from the scalp also have a say on the condition of hair from day to day, as do hormones.

The weather has alot to do with your hair its the moisture or lack thereof in the air. Your diet could play a factor also. But to hear some people talk its the attitude your hair sets up nice or not will determine your whole day.

You can get dry fly away hair in the cold weather..frizzy in the high
humidity. There is always a reason. Try common sense ideas you read about too. Like rubbing a dryer sheet thru your hair to tame fly aways and olive oil heated and rubbed in your hair to ease dryness..just make sure to wash the olive oil out.

many things can damage your hair, like the wind, putting hats on, brushing it.
Straighteners are the worst for damaging your hair.
Sometimes your hair can feel different if your mood has changed, if you have been stressed etc

Hope this helps

Lots of things can affect the way your hair looks: styling product build-up, the way it dries, your diet, mood, humidity, heat, etc.

The way you feel, the mood you're in etc. Good hair day = good day all round.
