What's the best "free" site for me, a beginner, to learn French?

I downloaded this software, but I don't find very strong. I wanna learn French starting from the most basic to the most advanced (With voices). Also, I want to broaden my vocabulary. But the problem is, almost no one around me is fluent in French, how can I do that?
