Hi,Protestant denominations insist that this is true but they are wrong,Jesus had no blood brothers or sisters,only spiritual ones.
If you were to give a speech before 50 people and you began your talk with`Hello my brothers and sisters`, and the talk was recorded and that recording was buried in a time capsule then 2,000yrs later some one dug it up and listened to it,the first thing that they would say is,He sure had a lot of brothers and sisters didn`t he?

The brothers and sisters of Jesus mentioned in the gospels are children of Joseph from a prior marriage. Joseph was a widower when he married the Virgin Mary. You will find this information in the Protoevangelium of James.

No,and he didnt have a brother named james or Joses either,

They were his cousins on josephs side.
