you can not get any windows cd for free. you have to buy a lisence version or you can get it from gray market.

it's free to place an order from just about anywhere. but it'll cost you a few hundred bucks to actually have them put the CD in an envelope and send it to you.

Hey Vista is not a free OS.You can download it for free.But to obtain
license key you will and you should pay.
