Give her some water after she eats or drinks to rinse out her mouth, and wipe her little face off with plain water. When kids drool the skin can have a reaction to the food particles left in the saliva. The saliva itself can make the skin sore too, so just try keeping her skin real clean. If it looks dry try protecting it with a little Vaseline, vitamin E or even a little Desitin (the baby diaper ointment). If that doesn't work, I would take her to an allergy doctor.

Honey, I know it sounds bad, but honey has a natural anti bactiria in it, so she will like it also. you put it on, and wash it off, best way is right before you give her, her bath, put some on her, leave it till you get ready to remove her, then wash her mouth, When she falls asleep, put a honey on a small gause pad, and tape it with paper tape, when she wakes up, take it off and wash it. Let the honey do its thing, I think you will like the results
