It is a MUST if you're making real porketta

Porketta is a seasoned, boneless pork roast.
The pate is spread on the meat, then it is rolled
and tied.

I love pate de foie gras! Just don't over indulge. It is very high in cholesterol. If you go to Paris, try Fauchons for some really good gourmet foods! Enjoy!
