Calling to and from Cambodia is very expensive so I don't recommend you get a calling card or call from your cell phone. Go to the internet cafes found all over. They offer internet calling. It's not expensive as it uses internet connection however it can lag a bit so there could be a 1-3 seconds delay before you hear what the other party says. I've used it and it's not too bad and it's cheap. I paid about 300riel per minute to call from PP to Singapore.

Are you buying the calling card to call Cambodia while in Thailand? A bit confused about your question.

I agree with the previous posting that the best deal is to call from an Internet Cafe. However if you need to call from any phone we suggest to buy a calling card on the Internet, for example Nobel http://www.nvcards.com/ or Cloncom http://www.prismlongdistance.com/
