There are many treatments for Epilepsy and what one is best is dependent on the type of seizures and what part of the brain they occur in. Many children "grow out of" Epilepsy. Some people treat Epilepsy with a specialized diet or medication. The Vagus Nerve Stimulator (VNS) is an implant used to treat Epilepsy. Brain surgery is also an option for some people. The portion of the brain where the seizures occur is removed and the part of the brain that is left compensates. Because everyone's case is different you should work with a neurologist to determine the best course of action.

No, Epilepsy is only helped with pills, but its a defection in the electrodes in the brain that send out signals, so if the Brain is not sending out the right signals, Cesare happen, its like holding two wires, black and white, put them together and they make a spark that's normal, but when you put them together and there is nothing, you black out, or have Cesare. No cure, except Christ.
