Before you look for a drug to help with your memory do some brain challenges. They're supposed to help. Take quizzes, work a puzzle, do a crossword. Anything that stimulates your brain is supposed to help with your memory.

Drugs are not the answer.

You cannot just take a pill to cover up a symptom (memory issues are indicative of other issues, usually and not the condition itself. ;-) ) and expect to get better.

Find out WHAT is causing your memory loss.

I was 27 when I was pregnant and went from having a totally retentive, nearly photographic, memory to being, to me, a vegetable in terms of memory.

In that case it was pregnancy which caused the "problem".

What it is in your case I cannot begin to guess. YOU need to sit down and address that. Are you in a stressful situation? Do you eat and sleep "well"?

Diet and sleep patterns can adversly afffect memory. So can shock, depression and a number of other physical as well as emotional things.

Why not see a health care professional and discuss it with them? They will help you by asking you the questions which wold pinpoint the CAUSE of your memory loss/forgetfulness.

And then you can work on fixing it.

There is a wealth of information on memory training out there- I have been looking at some of it just two days ago. Check it out by Googling but remember (sorry- no pun intended) that there is no substitute to getting a personalised evaluation of your particular "problem" by a doctor or someone similar.

Good luck.

Have you talked to your doctor about it? Only 25 and forgetting things not a good combination.

not a drug but a good diary and a pen can help. Stressing about it probably just makes it worse.

Practice using your memory!

*************************************************
Before you judge:
-------------------------
Play a small and simple game of memory with cards, or use a computer memory game. You will find that the memory that is excercised works better.
-------------------------
Of course you will want to see a professional as well, if your still worried after trying this.
