Many people unfortunately are into pleasing the Devil than God. What a pitty. Som people act like as if God is the enemy, the one to get rid of while it's the other way around. God bless you.

Study takes time and effort. People would rather just be told. That's why they insisted on kings to lead them.

Now people pick elected leaders and organizations to represent them and do their thinking for them.

People need to study the Bible and pray.

People should not be ashamed to be counted as one who loves God.

Know not to be fooled by the AntiChrist when he sits in the temple that will be built in Jerusalem. The real Christ returns in glory after the fake one fools most of the world.

Some will say they do their own thinking, but unless they are willing to do their own studying they are accepting what others have told them. That is dangerous, because even well intentioned people make mistakes and can benefit from having their facts checked.

Also, reading the Bible will open a door for the Spirit to reveal things to you. How can a person read the Bible and not see God loves them?

My father was a man of God - an Anglican priest - but he never said he was a Christian, he always said he was trying to be a Christian.
People have surely heard of the elect - for example Bush and Blair, but few believe in them.

I wonder what you mean by 'holy'? The original meaning was 'separate', so perhaps a monk who shut himself away. There are still people like that. Or do you mean people with wisdom? I can think of a few of those, too. Intelligent people who think, and draw on their life experiences and studies of other people's writings to teach others.

We are human - we try, but often stumble. We ask for God's help, and keep trying.

But is he obeying Jesus' requirement stated at Matthew 28; 19,20?
(Matthew 28:19-20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded YOU. And, look! I am with YOU all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

The world is gear towards disbelief and disrespect for authority (be it the authority of humans or the ultimate authority of God). It is an irreverant, violent and immoral place.

It's possible to worship God, but it's not easy. First, you have to find out what God requires of us. Then you have to learn how to apply his will in your life. Then you have to keep trying to worship him, no matter what happens - because a lot will happen to prevent you from progressing in your spiritual journey or to misdirect you.

why so few christians? because people have no decensy to listen to god if everyone can see he loves them and he has blessed them so much. that "holy" man is not holy the only holy person is God and Jesus (the trinity) we are sinners but so few of us believe that jesus has died to save our sins that they become atheists because they fear god. There is only one way to get to heaven and that is through Jesus. Ill give you a quote from the bible, "for god so loved the world that he gave his only son and whoever believes in him shall not die but have eternal life" - somewhere in john.

i have also come to believe that there are no holy men on the earth.
the elect may have biblical reference to people that really lived, but it is debateable that they exist at all today.
