Actaully I do not know if there is a thing called Holy Water. I am yet to find a reference in the Bible that refers to the production or otherwise of Holy Water...

However all water is able quench fire...except the fire and brimestone of hell!

well? it depends on what kind of fire it is? there chemical fires and electrical fires. These types are different than combustible fires that burn on oxygen. such fires need alternate fire extinguisher types/
