Do you think chinease is going to proclaim over English 100 years from now?

1- number of native Chinese speakers today is 3-4 times the number of English speakers.
2- China is developing so rapidly and it's expected to be number one in the world within 40-50 years .. So its language will dominate.

Hmm...That is a good questions. Maybe it will, maybe it wouldn't. If you want to do business with that country, it would be your advantage to learn their language.

However, there are a lot of chinese who themselves find chinese difficult to learn and mandarin difficult to speak. That will continue as long as they do not open their mind and try.

Eventually mandarin will not dominate or take over as common language but majority of the people will know how to speak that language.

Ok the priorities should be as follows: 1.School 2.Sleep 3.Pool tournaments Since School is most important, he should go on time. Since Sleep is next in line, he needs 8 hours and thus should be in bed by no later than 11:30pm. Since he can't get home from pool tournaments until 1am, he shouldn't be going at all. This could be something he does during Summer Vacation - but not during the school year.

no. there are a lot of languages besides Chinese who will grow. Bahasa Indonesia and Spanish are the other two growing languages.
