Sometimes employers do not want relationships developing between workers and maybe she just wants to keep her job. Just be considerate to her and maybe sooner or later she will come around and then maybe not. There is nothing in the book that says you are made for each other, but look for an oportunity to talk when you can without making your boss mad.

Well, you could get her something she likes. Or just keep it simple... Flower attached to the time card. Write a poem... Don't spend a lot of money but try chocolate or a cupcake. But be carefull she may not return your feelings...
