is there any sights that u can put in ur wieght and hieght to see if u are either under weight or over weight!!?? thnx xx

You can also calculate it yourself using -

weight (in kg) / height (in metres) squared
eg. 60kg / 1.65 x 1.65m
This site gives you an indication of average, underweight/overweight ranges as well, but remember also that this method isn't the best indicator as it does not take into account for body structure, your amount of muscle etc (muscle weighs more than fat)

i am sorry i just had to respond to sacred 90s post.

Sacred that formula doesnt seem right. i am a 6ft woman which is 183 centimetres. If i subtract 100cm from that that leaves 83 cm. That would mean as a 6ft woman i am supposed to weigh 83 pounds??? sounds a little underweight to me!!

calculate your height in centimeters and subtract 100 from it. That should be your ideal weight.
