I work full time (desk job) and have children so don't have lot of time to spend on me. An activity I could do with the little'un would be helpful!"

Shaplier Legs
For awesome legs strength training is a must but the best way to do it is with super circuits. 3-4 different exercises back to back 5 minutes of active recovery working another body part then repeating the same thing 2 more times. Check out the Bust & Butt High Intensity Fat Burner to get started. Your cardio options should include about 20-40 minutes 4 times a week of lifecycle, spinning, cycling, mountain biking, stairmaster, stadium steps, or heavy duty hiking. The more variety the better. Don't forget 10 minutes of stretching after each workout to lengthen those limbs.

Hey There! I trained for years and did fitness so I have a few suggestions you can do at home, at work... anywhere really and can do with your little one.
1. take the stairs or find some (especially outdoors on nice days!)
2. donkey kicks
3. Ballerina pushes while say doing dishes or cooking (feet close together, then squueze but and lift one leg on angle behind you off the floor about a foot, then down and tap on floor and lift again)
4. Nice long walks, jogs... uphill works amazing
5. Squats, even just while watching tv by tapping your butt off couch, not pushing off but use it as a guide to how low to go
6. Go swimming
7. Lunges (can be done on the spot, walking, to the side.. many ways and also doing them outside is always nice!
I'm not sure how old your little one is but depending on age, they can try to do it to, help spot you or can be doing other activities while to do some of the exercises with you in the room. Also, if you want some added weight, and they aren't too heavy you can hold them while doing some of the exercises... but only if you have good form and balance - don't want to hurt them! Hope I helped out alittle!

I have young children too but I cycle alot - the kids love it too!
My son used to cycle beside me and my daughter was too young so i bought a seat that fits on the back of by bike. Even a few laps around the block is enough - good fun for the kids and a great way to tone legs!

Swimming is good too, kids love both. Hope this helps, tc x

Why not go bike riding, you can take the children on their's and exercise at the same time. This is what i do with my 6 year old and one year old. Obviously the one year one is on my bike.
What about walking places in stead of driving, just short works every day can help you.
Well any way good luck.

Walking. Walking will tone your legs so fast and you will see muscle forming very quickly. Oh and running too

depends on how old the"little'un is. if he/she is very young get a jogging stroller and go jogging. you'd get the most benefits in the shortest amount of time.
