first of all i was almost level five.
second i had 3 or 4 years of emails archived
third, i just realized that yahoo photo with all my collection of photos had been deleted. I can take ten thousand pictures a year. and im sure i had at least 2 thousand photos online.
What are my rights for lost and deleted files?

You can pay a lawyer and sue anyone for anything. The question is can you WIN? My answer to that question is, it is highly doubtful. You had to agree to their layer's terms before using YAHOO. Have a great day.

While you can sue Yahoo, the question remains why they deleted your business account. You don't stand a prayer of a chance in court if you were violating one or more of their requirements of conduct. Trust me, if you were in violation of their codes of conduct, which they will say that you read and agreed to, even if you did not, it won't matter, you said that you had and that will stand in court. Violation of their codes of conduct allows them to delete your account. So, if you wish to spend your money, go for it, but bear in mind what their premise will be. Ignorance on your part does not protect you.

Did they give you a reason..
You have the right to face your accuser.. :)
You have the right to know exactly why they deleted your account..

I don't think so, you agreed to their terms of service, which gives them the right to do pretty much anything they want.
