Hmm not sure about Missouri but they are available in every major grocery store chain here in California and Oregon.
The only thing I can say is maybe look for a local Mexican market. They are located in almost ever state and major city.

im sure they have a walmart in Missouri. Check on the end of the bread aisle. They are located there along with the other flour tortillas.

try looking in the international food section in your market... Also sometimes they have them on the center isles over by the flour ones.
Or find the Mexican store in your town...
