I'm sure by the time she's gone she won't leave me a dime. I am so angy with him that he has made no provisions in his will for his kids from his first marriage. Whenever I talk to him he makes smart comments. I am so angry I can't even sleep at night. I am sorry I ever spent any time at his house. He's always been a miser. I can't believe he did this. I'm not talking to him anymore and either is any of my side of the family. He doesn't seem to get it. He acts like the stepmom will give us a part. What a wimp. She only married him for his money. She immediately got his kids out of the picture and now she's taking his house. I hope that woman falls into a manhole and is never found.

Did you know that it is LAW in every state in the country that the surviving spouse inherits everything. I know as my gf and her brother had this happen when their father passed away. The step mother inherits everything, and when she passes she can leave whatever she wants to whom ever she wants to leave it too.

Now my gf and her brother were so mad about this they couldn't see straight. So what i suggested they do, is start doing all they could for the step mother, she passed away just 17 months later and she left everything to my girlfriend/significant other as she was taking her to doctors appointments, shopping, helping her as she was old and needed assistance.

You and your siblings better wake up really fast and start thinking about doing same, it's worth a try, as if you make this step mother hate you, you might be left with nothing.

Make a list of all the things you would not be able to do if your father was already dead. There now you can see how much you still have in your glass and not how empty it is.
