i got a brother in the army named jerome from a small town in va (williamsburg) in his 30's african american and i need help on where to find him! what site should i go on to look for him?

Well if he's in Iraq, the Army and DOD, wont tell his location...but if he is state side; if you have his SS#, DOB, and his name go to your local Red Cross and they can help.
