Why we are not taking firm action on Kashmir issue?

There are certain demands of we people of jammu:
1.Remove the separate flag and the constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.

2. To setting up of regional councils in Jammu and Kashmir for removing regional discrimination and tension.

3.Abrogation of Article 370 of the Indian constitution that grants a special status to the border state.

4.India must try to get occupied Kashmir from Pakistan.

unless govt. is avoiding these issues, the problem can not be solved. Let people of Kashmir feel that they are also from INDIA and are Indian as National.

Sir Kashmiri always call we the people of rest india ,as , "Saala India se aaya hai." vo khate india ka hai, house india mai hai, fir bhe gallian india or indians ko.

this is all due to the fact that kashmiri leadership always fallows the lines of british rulers i.e. DIVIDE AND RULE.

There are border disputes all over the world. Why should we allow Kashmir to take precedent over others? The reason the issue is not resolvable is there are multiple positions which have little to no common ground. India, Pakistan, and the inhabitance of Kashmir all have there own ideas. No matter which is picks people will lose and there will be anger and strife.

Until the parties involved can find common ground, it is a dead issue .

At any cost in your case means extinction as both Indian and Pakistan have nuclear weapons that will totally destroy each country so you can wish all you want but there is no going back into Kashmir without seriously risking your countries existence. I suspect your govt has a much more level headed attitude towards Kashmir and knows the war between Pakistan and India are a thing of the past as neither can attack the other and survive welcome to the nuclear age and the theory of Mutually Assured Destruction also known as MAD.

Kashmir is great a controversial, adventurous and long term issue for politicians to assure their vote bank. Only our dictators are realised taking initiative to resolve that problem to secure their own chair and divert people attention from another serious issue.
