You might not be eating right, sometimes Multi-Vitamins everyday will do lot. A little exercise, (start with 10min) maybe a short walk every morning can give you a boost.

Sometimes, its also emotional, maybe you are tired of your daily routine. I guess its time to take a break and try something new, something that would enhance yourself. Go bungee jumping, learn to ski or even learn to quilt, or bake. A bit of Diversion in a very mundane lifestyle makes a lot of difference.

I sometimes feel the same way. I find however that if I have a bath first thing in the morning, because I am feeling clean, I want my surroundings to be clean, so I get on with it and before I know it I am cooking as well etc. Try it and good luck

You may be depressed, you may be ill... we don't know out here. Please make an appointment. That's not a good position to stay in, but it's one that most people have experienced for many reasons at one time or another. Don't get down about it, just go in and do something about it. Hope you feel better!

Low on B vitamins. Get a multivitamin B complex supplement into you. Improve your energy levels through proper utilisation of food. Help you to think clearer, more positively. Try increasing B3 (Niacin) foods. Best natural sources - fish, lean meat, whole wheat products, brewer's yeast, liver, wheat germ, eggs, roasted peanuts, white meat of chicken, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes.

PEACE & LOVE & ALL THAT

you'll get motivation once you get vistors!

nobody wants a messy home. clean enviroment=happy you.
really, it's true. when everyhing's clean, a person's mood goes up.

try cleaning the whole house and doing your chores and see if your mood goes up afterwards.

find something you enjoy doing, tryout diffrent hobbies and stuff. surround yourself with people who make you laugh and happy. maybe take up a musical instrument, i don't know what your problem is, but there are alot of way to get into a better mood, try something new!

We are forced to work in inane and ridiculous jobs that only serve the needs of those who always want more money and power,we work, to pay the bills and buy the things that in reality we do not really need... but when is enough truly enough? why do these faceless people (who are in charge of the world's business and possibly governments as well) always want more? why do they feel the need to fill the world with corporate branded product? why do they want the power? what will they do with this power? why do we tolerate this? why do i tolerate it? why do you?

Maybe you have S.A.D? Try to get at least 20 minutes of sunlight right in your face every day.

Could be a thousand things to be honest but I'd say go to docs and tell them...ESPECIALLY if its been going on a while... And persist if it continues....

I felt same wat for nearly 2 years... Turned out to be underactive thyroid... But if I didnt keep going back and knowing I didnt feel right then they'd have just kept fobbing me off....

Go to Docs and GOOD LUCK!
