I am white, should I learn to speak Chinese or Spanish?

I want to learn both but, which one should I learn first? I cant decide.
another thing,
my great grandma was Spanish, but I like Chinese girls.

If you haven't already learned a second language start with Spanish. It's easier and will get you used to the concept of learning a language.

It is also a very useful language and is spoken throughout the Western Hemisphere.

I assume you are planning to learn Mandarin Chinese, which is the principle legally recognized language of China. It is much more difficult to learn and will take years, especially if you try to learn how to read the traditional written Chinese. If you have a Chinese girlfriend who is bilingual that will help.

I'm currently learning both, but I've been to China for a couple of months to get the basic understanding (the overall best method), and I know French from before, so Spanish gets easier to learn. I'd say start with Spanish if it's your first time learning a foreign language, and then go for Chinese. But beware, Chinese needs a lot of effort, it is really like learning two languages at the same time.

Chinese is EXTREMELY hard to speak. Even for a chinese, getting the words exactly right is difficult. Its the pronunciation and intonation that makes it difficult. Even the slightest change can mean a whole different word. So, if you don't want to accidentally speak rude words to Chinese gals, just dont speak it. Although, they might think you're cute for trying.

I would recommend you study Chinese first. Because of its very simple grammar. There are no conjugation and tense in Chinese. I heared EXEL Chinese is teaching Chinese Mandarin for free for beginners. Maybe you can try it.
