I have a slender body...i'm 5"6 and weigh 120 but i have a fatty tummy how do i get rid of the tummy fat... hopefully without losing a lot of weight,\.

I would highly suggest picking up some sort of hatha yoga practice. Bikram's Beginning yoga is a great place to start, and you don't need to be flexible at first. Its a great way to build strength and flexibility while body fat melts right off. You won't lose a great deal of weight either. You'll just be replacing the fat with muscle. Its not that bulky "weight-lifter" kind of muscle, either, since you stretch it out as you gain it.

If you are talking about fine tuning your diet... cutting sugars to a minimum is the fastest way to get rid of a small tummy.

Sit ups can help alot, also the slendertone belts are very effective.
Dont forget to eat right.

eat less fatty foods and exercise.

run, jog or ride a bike.

sit-ups and crunches...it won't matter how many times for as long as you do it everyday....

sit ups are the only way to go... they suck but they will help, i promise. :)
