Hi all! wondered if anyone new of a webiste to find any info on ephrogen? of if anyone has any info! boyfriend takes them to work out as i understand it gives you energgy for like half hour or longer? i used on my workout last nite ans had best workout ever! but want to know if side effects etc as normally there is something!??

I don't know about this particular pill but it sounds like it is an ephedrine product. Ephedrine is similar in composition to amphetamines. It basically gives you a lot of energy, speeds up your metabolism a little bit and your body will burn some fat to get that sudden energy boost. Fat is a massive energy store, so just imagine a furnace when it's being loaded with some high energy fuel, the fire will go boooom suddenly. Side effects can be various, little shaking, heart beat going funny or irregular or fast, high blood pressure, sleeplessness, anxiety. Only take this substance if you are healthy and you don't have any heart, kidney, blood pressure or mental problems. NEVER take more than the recommended dose and you must not take it for longer than 12 weeks, you have to give your body a minimum of 2 weeks break. I have to take ephedrine for my narcolepsy, so I don't really get those effects that a normal person would but I can get through the day because it really keeps me awake for a full day and I get a decent sleep at night.
