At a minimum: Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Israel, Lebanon, the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Bulgaria, and - well, there are others but I don't have the names handy.

I dont think you can consider Iraq as being in SW asia so thats out. Which leaves Afghanistan (and all the 'stan countries), and India. India and Pakistan have gone at it over Kasimir. NATO is now involved in Afghanistan. France was there but surrendered after doing a lot of nothing and went home. The Soviet Union spent the better part of the 80s getting their heads handed to them by the Afghans.
