It's your wedding and if you have the budget then go for it. If you are having doubts then listen yourself, you have to make those decisions as it is your day.

Do you mean 11 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen? If so, then that is way too many. Cut that down to five each, or less. Unless you're having a wedding with more than 550 guests, having such a big bridal party will look VERY wierd.
Or, do you mean that the number of bridesmaids and groomsmen total 11? That's fine.

you have 11 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen plus others - sounds like a big wedding. if you can handle all those people then go for it. do realize that if you want a shot of all of you from the photographer they will have to be like 200 feet away. just a thought

The more the merrier! Just keep in mind that you are looking at 12 bouquets and boutonniers (and that can add up $$$). Also you have to think about bridesmaid gifts. Finally, don't forget about caddiness. With all those ladies around, there is certainly going to be a bit of drama. As long are you are prepared mentally and financially for all those people to stand by your side.....then go for it! I am at the point now in planning where everyone has a $ sign above their head *sigh*

I'm going to go with the minority opinion and say yes. Keep in mind, this not only costs more money, but it also means coordinating more people. I honestly believe 3-4 bridesmaids/groomsmen (on each side) is more then enough.

The number in your party and whether or not it's "over the top" is totally up to your own opinion, truthfully.
I was IN a wedding in which there were EIGHT girl, EIGHT guys, PLUS the flower girl and ring boy...for a grand total of 18...not to mention the bride and groom! SO there were TWENTY people at the head table!
Now...PERSONALLY...to ME...that was WAAAYYYY tooooo many people! But it was entirely up to her, that's how many she wanted....that's how many she had!
The most difficult part(s) to having such a large party were
#1-couldn't ALL fit in the limo! LOL
#2-creating poses and getting us all in the frame was a b*tch for the photographer!
#3-It was a lot of work-since I did all the flowers...that was a LOT of flowers to put together!
Other than that it was QUITE fun!!!!

NO verse in any part of the Bible is a lie. The first three verses you wrote here are written as described in the Bible, but John 1:14 is written as: "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth." There is no reason for you to use Aramaic translations to write John 1:14. The Bible was translated into English because most of us utilize the English language (especially in the western world). If you want to make some kind of statement, why did you not write all these verses in the Aramaic translation?

If you are having trouble deciding on them go for it but might I suggest that the girls don't all wear the same dress. It might look a bit overwhelming. Maybe have them in say pink and let them pick a pink dress in whatever shade and style they like and then maybe the boys could buy their own ties (in a pink shade to match their partner) Not saying you have to use pink but you get the idea.
Or maybe ask them to stick to a theme (vintage, pastel colours, bright and funky)
Its your wedding. You do whatever your little heart desires. All the best. Its great that you have some many people who want to be a part of your special day.

Way too many but I understand your dilehma!! My boyfriend has 3 sisters and before them I have like 5 or 6 people I would want in my wedding, including the kids, because if I have one I have to have them all , you know how that goes. I am having 4 of my friends, my boyfriend's youngest sister and his other sisters and my cousins who would have been in the party will have other jobs. His sisters live out of state and they will understand. I eliminated all the kids, because that number came to five!!! Try to trim it down if you can.

How important is the presence of every single one of those people in the wedding party? I f you cannot imagine even one of those people in the wedding line-up, then go for it. But if it's because someone's feelings will get hurt or your aunt wants you to include your cousin etc, then not a good idea.
