why is there so many religions but only One true God? or is it that some are following their own fabrications or some are using old version but the people are not updated to that religion.

Jesus said that even demons believe there is only one God, and they tremble. It is Him I trust as the only way to the one true God. There are many other religions in the world, but after much rejection of God, and after much seeking God, and after much living and praying and tasting of God, it is Jesus Christ who has healed me, saved me, and worked many miracles that I have witnessed. He offers the same hope to all who will repent, believe in Him as the only begotten Son of God, believe that He rose from the dead, and follow Him.
I know there are many opinions out there about the one true religion... Jesus allows you to know God personally and be reconnected with Him as a personal friend. I have not found any other religion or faith out there like it.

There is no need to update the true religion of God, there is only one true God as you say but there is only one true religion also, there is no need for God to have more than one religion. there can only be one truth of religion especially when they disagree with each other every way cannot be right,One God one Religion , there is a god that accepts any way of worship he can get, the one who tempted Jesus offering him all the kingdoms of the world for just one act of worship, he is the one who benefits with so many religions, he is the one who does not want anyone to find out what the truth is, what better way to camouflage the truth than confusing with counterfeit religions and many of them it is therefore a way for Satan to achieve his purpose of getting worship for himself that does not belong to him by blinding people to the truth of God through False religion(2Corinthians4:4)

The Quran states many things and most of them are ridiculous and hateful. Hatred and intollerance are islams main theme. Anyone converting to this' fascist ideology is lacking in critical thought process. That is why more than 5 billion people who are not Muslims.

I don't want to be exclusivist or anything, but I believe that the Baha'i Faith is the latest Revelation from God. You could say it is the latest "updated religion". It was revealed by Baha'u'llah in the mid-19th century. Baha'u'llah is the Promised One of all religions and Manifestation of God for this day and age. His teachings will eventually form the basis of a world civilization.
Baha'u'llah wrote that: "The earth is but one country, and mankind its citizens."
In response to the answer by the Stainless Steel Rat, human beings are incapable of fully understanding the Eternal Truth. If God were to reveal all truth in one go, would we be capable of bearing it? Do we teach babies and children about advanced physics? No. God's religion is revealed progressively to humankind. At one stage it was called Hinduism, at another stage Buddhism, at another stage Christianity, etc. God reveals His teachings progressively, according to our capacity to understand them.

The Baha'i Faith is the most recent religion of the One True God.
However, the Baha'is don't claim to be the exclusive possessors of truth, they invite all people to read directly the Holy Books of Baha'u'llah now available on the Internet and make independent considerations.
The core tenet of the Baha'i Faith is belief in the Divine Unity of God, of Religon and of Mankind.

God is eternal...doesn't change ! It's man who chases the latest & greatest.If you are seriously seeking to know God , get on your knees & ask him to reveal himself to you personally. He wants his children to choose to believe & put their faith in him . That's why he gave us an intellect & free will ...unlike animals .
