The fact is clear, we have the Muslims out-gunned. I wonder, if they had better weapons would we be so "Let's get'em?"

They have Kalshinakov's there have been several arguments over the years about how the AK-47 is Superior to the M-16. The Radical Islamists aren't constrained the way we have constrained our troops. Meaning they can do things that the media cries about if our troops do, but almost nothing is said when they behead or torture one of our guys.
In some ways we are being out fought, in spite of the fact we could win this if we did what was necessary. We have been out gunned before as a Nation when we took on Germany and Japan. They started this war back in the Seventies, when we should have fought back.

I think probably there would have been more negotiations. However, At the time with the sentiments of 9/11 running so high I don't think even Nukes would have stopped the US. With the skill and forward thinking of our military I doubt very seriously if a nuke could have been fired. Special Forces had been operating in the area for years. It would have been very difficult for anyone to launch. Probably the same would be true for Iran and North Korea. The only difference in the former USSR and China would be the sheer numbers of weapons. It takes alot more troops on the ground to stop 100 than 5.
Remember even the "Doves" were calling for war after 9/11/01

Don't know I bet there are some Muslims serving in the US and British military that would mean they have better weapons.
Now if the question is if Iraq or Iran had nukes what would we do, try diplomacy look at North Korea and Pakistan.

They could have the best rifles or guns in the world. It all comes down to training. If your better trained you will always overcome.

Muslims are not killers .They did not invaded any country in the West like the US did in Iraq.They love peace while the others always think how to kill or hurt them at least.It is stupid unjust and crazy thinking !
