if i want to go to thailand for praying and inviting Buddha amulets which is the best place

Thailand is rather large for a specific answer to your question. Many shopping malls have amulets available. Some Wats [temples] have sellers outside the ground's.
A reliable Thai Amulet, what do you mean by 'reliable'?
Most people think that Amulets are Buddhist but they are not, they are Animistic. If you belileve - you do not need the benifit of the amulet, if you do not believe - you will not get any benifit from the amulet.

There is a market called Ta prajahn in Bangkok and there they have the most reasonable prices for amulets.. I don't know much about them but based on the price, not expensive, and that there are many many the same, I am sure they are not old... but I think almost every town will have several places that sell them. I always see older men looking at them and studying them.. good luck

Reliable, I would take it to be blessed amulets and best to rent it from the temples. These would have been blessed by the monks there.

It's best to purchase them from the temples, or as a Thai would say it rent.
