Did you sneeze while eating your brekky. Poor thing. wait till the cornflakes are completely dry and try and pick them off gently with a pair of tweezers. Then just wipe the screen over with a screen cleaner.

Clean damp cloth, hold it over the cornflakes for a minute or two, to soften them. Don't add any cleaning products, just use warm water. The cornflakes are water soluble, so wipe them gently away. You'll probably need to do this 2 or 3 times, but gradually the cornflakes will come off. When they are all gone, dry the screen and polish it with that special cloth they gave you when you bought it.

You should be able to get them off with a damp, hot cotton cloth. I would just hold it over the flakes until it dampens them and they should come off easier that way.
