usually, blisters come in the mouth because you are tired. The blister usually goes all white, and when u sleep, even if ur not aware, you chew the blister.

Drinking watah duznt make it any better, but clears away the dead gum. however, if the blsters are contagious, the water could spread it around the mouth.

If u have oral herpies: sorry. i cant do anything for u.

Blisters can be caused by stress and your mouth shows the first signs of more serious problems in your body.

Well, you could try to reduce your water intake but you could be detoxing when you are takimng in more water. And taking B Complex and Lactobacillus Tablets or Yoghurt (with Live bacteria) will help.

Homeopathy has good soltutions too.

Sounds like Herpes. There isn't a cure for this virus. Talk to your doctor about what to do when you have an outbreak. And don't kiss or have oral sex when you have a sore in your mouth. They are highly contagious!
