are you trying to get fat or gain weight for strength? getting fat is easy...eat a lot of junk food. if you want more weight to get stronger, then frequent exercise will greatly help. start out lifting dumbells at a fairly light weight (maybe around 20lbs), do pushups, curls, all that ish. ionce you can do 30 bicep curls with the 20lbs easily, then up it to 25lbs. each week increase the weight just slightly, and after a few weeks, you will begin to pack on muscle, at about 2lbs per week.

this is the healthy way to increase weight. this is only a basic version also. i could have written a whole article on this.

Just drink a glass of milk a day and eat a lot of chocolates, cakes, cheese, butter, drink cold drinks and eat everything rich in fats. I assure your will increase considerably within a month.
