It will take two to three weeks before the frequency of urination reduces. Not sure if it is your bodies organs flushing themselves through or whether a dehydrated body does not absorb the moisture straight away (a bit like when you try to water a pot plant when it is bone dry, initially the water just runs off. Persevere, It will settle down and the health benefits are definitely worth it.

No, the extra water flushes out water and sodium among other things such as toxins. Your body retains extra water when it isn't readily available. So by not drinking enough you are actually gaining water weight because your body is storing it. After 3-4 days of drinking enough your body will start to flush out the excess supply and you will see a weight drop of usually a couple pounds.

Water is a very important part of our diet and there are many benefits from drinking it. It is vital that we drink at least 1.5lts of fluid a day to maintain fluid balance within the body. It keeps the kidneys healthy as well as remove harmful toxins from the body's tissues. You will also find that the less you drink, you are more likely to feel tired and sluggish and suffer from fluid retention, particularly around the legs and ankles. This is because your body is holding on to as much water as possible to try and keep the fluid balance right within the body. Constant peeing is annoying but it is a good sign that your urinary system is functioning efficiently.

If you drink water, it will go right through you. But when you pee, it will take toxins with it. Drinking 8 glasses a day will leave you with lovely skin. Think ofd it this way, after your washing machine has cleaned your clothes, it goes on a rinse cycle to take the dirt & washing powder out.....thats the same pricipal as drinking water!!!! Which would you rather do, pee loads or have a body full of toxins?

There are many reasons to drink water, it helps eradicate toxins from your body, helps regulate the salts in your body. By needing to go to the toilet a lot that means it is working.
If you find that you gain weight easily, it is probably because you retain water. Believe it or not drinking water helps to stop you retaining water. It works on the same principle of famine mode.
If you are finding you are needing the toilet straight after you have drunk something, go to the doctor, because it is the first sign of diabetes, or if you can smell sugar in your urine (smells like sugar puffs)

Drinking water keeps your body hydrated.
You can tell your bodies hydration by looking at the colour of your urine.
Clear or almost clear is very good, slight colour is good, and then the darker it gets the more dehydrated you are.
When your body is hydrated, your skin is more supple, your musscles are less tense and your blood pressure becomes more normal.
Your body also uses water to get rid of its toxins.
The cleaner the water coming out of you can be an indication of the cleanliness within you.
