I need to buy a ticket to kansas unfortunetly I lost my credit card (I already had it declared lost and i am awaiting my replacement) Priceline and travel velocity only do transactions via dredit/debit...does anyone know a place to buy airline tickets via e-check or some other method?

You have a few options. If you live in a major city or by the airport, you can pay in cash at the appropriate ticket counter. If you have to pay travelocity and need a credit card number to do so, go to one of those check cashing places or a bank, and get a credit card where you basically put all your cash in first. This looks like a credit card, works like one, etc. They just have stupid fees for every thing you do.

You can go to a travel agency and pay cash. Or mail a US postal money order. good luck.

Just go to a local travel agent and you can pay by any means you want..
Check, Cash, ect ect.....
