Im not real sure if Bumping and Grinding is the same as dancing, but I think If you just move with the beat, keep your clothes on, you should be just fine! I dont see a sin in that!

Jesus is an amazing and understanding being, remember he used to be human and so are you. I am a christian and I have hump and grind too. All he asks is that you love and accept people for who they are. Have fun at the dance! People might criticize but everyone has the right to put their two cents in.

Wikipedia says Grinding is a type of close partner dance where two or more dancers rub their bodies against each other in a manner suggestive of sex. If that's what you mean, then, as a Christian, you shouldn't grind cuz it will lead your partner to have lustful thoughts.

well, i am a not practising christian. if you are a strong believer, i think that you will not pose this question at all. but from my point of view, you gotta be responsible for your actions, past, present and future. Having sex just for sex itself.... does it serve any purpose? a lot of guys out there would love to meet you if you are interested in sex alone without strings attached. all i can say is think and think again, the temptations might be there, the peer pressure might be there, but it's your life, live it your way, take responsibilites for your actions

Live it up, do what you think is best. If you want to have fun, do it. You only get one chance to live. If God doesn't let you into heaven because you dance up on a guy in high school... I think we are all damned for something just as ridiculous. Enjoy yourself. ;)

I don't think the Old Testament says anything about provocative dancing to raunchy music. Go for it.
