have installed the kodak software but when i got to open the photos they come up with a zig zag line through them....then when i try to open them further it comes up with an error message something about the file no longer excisting or has been moved...can anyone help

Try uninstalling your camera and the software and reinstall it and maybe that will help. If not, then it may be the batteries or the memory card. Try putting in new batteries and taking out your memory card and putting it back in. The pics like was said, could be bad.
