The relationship with my bf of a month.... It's filled with double standards. Do you agree?

Example 1: Lately he's been having some issues at his work and said he's not ready to talk about it. I respect that and told him that I'm here if he's ever ready to talkt. Meanwhile, I got sick. It's nothing major so I didn't want to worry him, as he already got some issues to worry about, and really rather not talk about it. But he was extremely upset when I told him I didn't want to talk to him about my condition. I feel that I am giving him space for his problem. Why can he give me some space for mine?

Example 2: He said he will be busy for a week around end of Feb with his work and probably will not have time to see me. I said OK and also told him that I will have time like that in April due to my work. He was extremely upset saying that he felt like I was retorting. I thought I'd share my schedule.

Things like this happens all the time between us. Am I not being reasonable?

U are reasonable, but that is the mistake u are making. Boys dump reasonable and good girls, and settle for unreasonable, demanding, agressive, bad girls. U appear to be accomodating all the time, that is bad, he may feel u are his sister or mother. Treat your bf as bf, agressively and meanly, even though he has problems of his own, u too pile him with your problems. Unfortunately, the world is like this.

Feel nothing wrong with the guy. Due to historical dominance of male s,this kind of attitude is normal from men.
Now you've to take a decision whether your love is greater than these small issues or thses issues bother you so much that want to break the relation. If yes, move out.

He wants to hear you problems. Even though he is not ready to tell you what`s going on, he`ll tell you sooner or later. Just open up and let him in. And sometimes he will need time and there will come a time when you will need time. Double standards? Don`t complicate things, just let go and let it happen. Love is a beautiful thing, just love.

He has some control issues. I think if you want to work this out, tell him the truth on how you feel. If it doesn't get better, than move on.

Sounds to me like you're reasonable and that he's REALLY insecure and immature.
