i have a friend that just foujnd out that her boyfriend for 9 years was cheating and he said it was because of her not showing enough love and respect but on his brithday she buys him anything he could ever want and more .He told her that things like that happens when men dont get the love and respect that need ,that they'll find another women that will.now thats just down right DISSRESPECTFUL

I don't think it's about him being black. It's probably about the way he was brought up. That IS so wrong for him to try and switch it on her & blame her! That is what any "abusive" person would say or do. Not necessarily abusive but he is in the wrong & is trying to cover his butt...otherwise he could lose a good thing. People are "sick" as the counselors in treatment would say....
Sounds like he is not a good guy....sounds like she needs to move on. Listen to him as he stated "if he feels this way....he will find another woman...." go ahead & get a new woman! That's my opinion!
Obviously he won't change! Like he said...if he feels one way then he will go get him a woman who will.... So who is to say it won't happen again. 9 years is a long time...so was he cheating all along?
I feel for her cuz most people in situations like this...don't get out....at least not right away!

Just like all men, they're insecure of themselves and they have nothing better to say then it was your fault! Honestly your friend doesn't have to go through all that drama and If he brings it up again tell her to just say "Hey, listen I know that your insecure about yourself I really don't need you to be telling me about that with blaming me for things that I know I didn't cause on you, take your sorry a^& excuses to a stupid b*#ch that is going to give a sh#$!" Men that cheat I really can't stand because they're bascially saying that they're not ready for a relationship.

That's hardly limited to black men. That's pretty much any man who cheats and gets caught. They always try to shift the blame to their wife or girlfriend. They know that if they can get her to feeling guilty for whatever means she used to catch him with, then they can back her into a corner where she's the one apologizing and he's the one acting all hurt and mistreated.

She loves him.. I guess love is blind.. That's why im 21 and single. Sometimes I ask the Lord to send me someone but then again I think asking might bring you the wrong thing.. Stay by your friends side.. If I were her I would get out I find me something to get on too.. Since he did it.. But two wrongs dont make a right.

Tell your friend to dump the jerk and find a guy that will love and respect her. He certainly doesn't. He tries to make her think that it is her fault so that he doesn't have to take responsibilty for his actions. That is not a man, that is a little boy. Tell her to find her a real man.
